What are you bringing into the world this year? Saturday March 4th from 11am -1pm, Touch of Sound continues our journey and exploration with the Lung meridian. The wisdom within the Lung meridian assists us in maintaining a smooth flow in times of transition. Would you like more support in transitioning from old habitual patterns to new ways of being in this world? Or getting dialed in with a spiritual practice that will be of service to you each day? Perhaps you would like to set a rhythm to breathe your goals and visions into the external world- bringing the breath of your Spirit into material form informed by close relationship with the Empress/Emperor of the Heart. On a physical level, deepening your relationship with the organ network of the Lung assists in strengthening your respiratory system, immune system, boundary setting, skin health, and moving through grief patterns- old and new.
