We will be emphasizing the stomach channel this month, the 2nd acupuncture channel to innervate the sinus cavity and bring relief to seasonal allergy symptoms. Tapping into the wisdom of the stomach channel strengthens our relationship with the earth element. Settling into a place of being able to receive and digest nourishment. Feeling nourished by our nutrition, our environment, our mindset, as well as each moment of life. We will find greater satisfaction in our experience of life through appreciating our inner landscape and acknowledging that we each have our own unique inner terrain that also contains microbes informing the rest of our being. Let's attune together- through acupuncture and sacred sound- to the element of the earth, and the stomach channel.
