Touch of Sound: SPRING EQUINOX RETREAT

YOU are invited to the Touch of Sound Spring Retreat, on March 17th - March 19th. This collaboration between Ryan McLaughlin, LAc. and Ben Lee, offers a ceremony back to the self through acupuncture and sound. This retreat is located nestled in the mountains of Harmony, NJ, during the new moon and spring equinox, being intentionally held so that you may drop in as deeply as you desire to renewal connection to self and nature. Touch of Sound offers group acupuncture healing circles that follow the art and wisdom of classical Chinese medicine Daoist cosmology, while layering in the medicine of sacred sound. You will experience embodied explorations of the Chinese Medicine organ-channel networks, while the room is filled with the healing sonic vibrations of gong practitioner/ percussionist / + sound alchemist - Ben Lee - as we journey into the exploration within. What You’ll Receive: ACCOMMODATIONS Comfortable shared accommodations in the Sedona Room (3 single beds) or the luxurious couch bed in the Rainbow Suite for 2 nights. NOTE: Private accommodations have already been reserved. DAILY PRACTICES Designed to educate, embody, and align with the gestures of spring, guided by Ryan McLaughlin, LAc., and Ben Lee. We will co-create a weekend together using acupuncture, sonic alchemy, guided meditation / visualization / song / breath / and movement. Participants will learn how to look to the elements of nature to thrive during the season of spring. Seasonal plant allies will be introduced, and participants will have the opportunity to create their own springtime herbal remedy. RE-CONNECTION With layers of yourself, to the here and now, informed by the wisdom of the natural world, supported by community. NOURISHMENT Nourishing family-style plant-based meals prepared for you each day to help you feel held & cared for (please let us know if you have any dietary needs!)
