Saturday December 2nd, from 11 am - 1 pm, completes the Touch of Sound Journey 2023, offering some time of stillness for connecting in with your Self. We will bring our focus to the Triple Warmer Meridian- celebrating interconnectedness, communication, and microcirculation. From the Chinese medicine perspective, the triple warmer refers to the three origins- heaven, earth, and water. We can explore these areas of origin in our own bodies, as well as the ability for our bodies to communicate throughout the entirety of our beings. The triple warmer is not a physical organ, but can be seen as a matrix of connective tissue, or membranes that envelop every organ, muscle and bone, and that communicate via crystalline liquids. and play a role in keeping open the flow of Qi, and communication between organs. As we begin the transition into the darker months of the year, we can align with our inner communication systems that enable our inner fires to remain burning throughout this season of hibernation. Ryan will offer acupuncture in this healing circle that will provide opportunity to be present with the here and now. The flow of interpreting the wisdom held within the acupuncture meridians into a constitutionally supportive treatment allows for the body to sink into healing rhythm. The room is intentionally filled with sacred sound (and sacred silence!), as offered by Ben Lee, as he takes us on a journey with healing sound vibrations and rhythms
